FAQS

What does a typical session look like?

After your initial assessment, a typical session lasts about an hour and involves a combination of hands-on manual therapy and corrective mobility exercises. Your session ends in our designated cool-down space equipped with zero-gravity chairs, recovery compression sleeves, noise-cancelling headphones, and ice or heat application for a perfect mental and physical ‘Rēset’.

How much does my treatment cost?

Most insurance plans allow coverage for physical therapy services; however, the amount of coverage depends on each person’s individual plan. Regardless of your insurance coverage, we offer flexible private-pay options so that you can seek the care you deserve. Contact us at info@rebalancewellness.com or call (469) 200 5784 for more information.

Does RēBalance accept my insurance?

RēBalance is currently contracted with major insurance companies in this area including Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, and Medicare. We are actively working to be in-network with other providers in our area, but also offer competitive pricing for out-of-network patients. As a courtesy, we can verify your insurance coverage for you - please contact us at info@rebalancewellness.com or call (469) 200 5784 to see how easy it is to get started.

Do I need a prescription for physical therapy?

No. In the state of Texas currently, Doctors of Physical Therapists can evaluate and treat patients for up to (10) consecutive business days without a referral - this is known as Direct Access. If your plan of care exceeds the authorized (10) business days, we will communicate with and obtain a prescription from your qualified healthcare professional.
